“ My fiancé and I first time here, my food and drinks were good and strong ,my dining experience was amazing! !! ”
“ My friend/mentee and I had a delightful Catch-Up experience having breakfast, for the first time, at Southern Breakfast Kitchen in Bartlett, TN. This was the Hostess' first day and she was bubbling with enthusiasm. The entire Serving Staff was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and engaging with all the guest. We had the Southern Breakfast: (1) Mine with grits, sausage, and biscuit; (2) His with hash-browns, sausage, and waffle. The food was FANTASTIC and our Server (Tan H) was DELIGHTFUL (warm, friendly, and attentive). LOL... When Tan brought the food, it looked and smelled so good that we were half-way through our meals before I thought about taking a picture for Yelp! KUDOS to the Kitchen, Management, and Server Teams for a GREAT Breakfast experience and we will DEFINITELY return!!! ”
“ Everything was Delicious! Shout out to Rob, the owner! Great addition to Bartlett. Friendly staff! ”
“ Decided to give this place a try in a Saturday morning at 10am! At this time it was busy at all so there was no wait and our party of 4 was immediately seated. Our waiter Rico started off very Nice! He did a lot of talking trying to be cool but it kinda came off aggressive. Any way. He seemed to be servicing the entire left side of the restaurant which at the time was very busy but did become busy. We started off with beignets. He asked had i ever been to Nee Orleans and Cafe Dumond i guess to compare them to it but there were nothing like that. Yes, they were good and warm but to me it tasted more like a croissant than a beignet. We also ordered passion fruit mimosas which were just ok. They poured some syrup in the bottom of the glass and the champagne on top. The syrup just sat at the bottom and needed to be served. Rico made the drinks - I'm sure he is t a bartender. It would be better to pour the champagne than the syrup on top. Any way, we ordered our meals. I ordered the catfish meal that was on the brunch menu with macaroni and cheese and fried okra. The kids breakfast came with one pancake, eggs, and a piece of sausage. The pancake was just a big as the adult size pancake. No complaints tho. My catfish was delicious as well as the okra. The macaroni was somewhat oily but had a good taste. I would def come back to give this place another try! ”
“ I had an excellent experience at the Southern breakfast kitchen. My husband and I decided to attend their grand opening. My understanding is that they opened at the top of the year, but this event served as an opportunity to introduce this new black owned business to the Bartlett community. The location is quite convenient (by Kroger on Kirby Whitten). We had ample parking selections, and we were seated once we got in. We were greeted by every server, all seemed friendly and ready to serve. Inside, the atmosphere gives a family feel. There was a mix of couples in attendance, primarily skewing 40's-50's. My husband and I greatly appreciated the live jazz music, which added more upscale vibe to the overall experience. I also absolutely love that they had both a coffee bar and a standard bar. We did not try the hibachi, but that option was available as well. It took about 30 minutes for us to receive our food and about 15 minutes for us to receive our drinks. we had the mango and orange mimosas and both were good (though I highly recommend the mango). We both got the omelettes (veggie and veggie + ham). It was an ample amount of food. I couldn't even eat much of the hash browns because I was so full! For the price, we were both quite satisfied! Our server was attentive and consistently checked on us. Our water classes were never empty. I appreciate this type of service. We both agreed that we would be back, probably with family. I am hoping that this will become a staple in the Bartlett community. ”
“ Food Service and Atmosphere went well. Served hot and portions were as required. Will return!!! ”
“ Very great customer service our waiter (Talon) was extremely helpful and I was impressed with his knowledge of the menu. The food was very good nicely seasoned and fresh. I had French toast and let me tell you, they were lightly covered which made them lite. The egg whites were on point and the coffee (Maxwell House) was very smooth. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience this morning and will be visiting again. ”
